2.5g (-)-2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid monomethyl ester (Ⅰ) and 0.57ml chlorine Convert sulfoxide and react in dichloromethane-dimethylformamide to obtain acid chloride (II).
